Here's an entry for this weeks Illustration Friday topic. I haven't posted and IF illustration for a while so it has been fun to have the time this week. So there you go.
Now on a totally different note I just have to say that I saw
Word Girl for the first time today and it was so funny. If you haven't seen this fun cartoon you should totally check it out. I laughed and laughed and totally got sucked in.
Manelle, very appropriate since sailing is going where ever the wind takes you. Keep on truckin'. I can't wait for our next illustration meeting.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful! I love the colors and textures of the sky. Great composition.
ReplyDeleteWhen I left my comment earlier this morning I was so impressed with your illustration. It looked like such an exotic, faraway place that I wondered if you lived in another country. I came back to my computer just now and your page was still up. I checked your profile. You are from West Valley City. Me too! That’s where my parents still live. I guess that’s where inspired, artsy people come from. I hope it’s O.K. with you if I put you on my favorites list.
ReplyDeleteNice to meet you. Vickie
I stumbled to your blog through the Empress blog...I just love your illustrations! They are so alive and beautiful. Each picture tells its own exciting story!
